The design that you want is usually first printed on white vinyl or another kind of plastic and this is in turn stuck on a magnetic sheet. These are best suited for metal surfaces that are flat. If the surface is curved it may fall off. If you have a lot of information to print, this is probably not the best idea. This is ideal for just displaying your logo or anything else that is short and crisp. Definitely not more than a couple of words.

Clear Stickers – Type 1

If you are wondering what this means, this is a sticker in which you can only see the content of the sticker and no background is visible. This is best suited for transparent window displays and transparent doors. These stickers can usually be removed and stuck again. They only have a mild adhesive holding it to the door or window. And keep in mind that if your store door or window is exposed to a lot of sunlight during the day, talk to your printing company beforehand and make sure the film that they use is durable for as long as you want the stickers to last. If your exposure to sunlight is too much, the next sticker on our list might be a good option for you. These stickers are printed on what is known as a cling film.

Front Side Stickers

Simply put, these are the stickers in which the adhesive is on the side that has the printing. So you have to stick it on the back of the surface that you want to display it on. Keep mirror imaging and all such sciences in mind when you stick this one. This is a very safe bet, as no external force can ruin the sticker. If your store front is exposed to a lot of sunlight, you can opt for such a sticker so that the glass surface protects the sticker from any tarnishing. While you choose this kind of material to print your sticker on, make sure that you talk to the printing company about using good quality ink that does not stick to the surface when you remove the sticker.

And these stickers can be stuck on any surface – glass, wood, metal, plastic and such. The surface that it is stuck on does not affect its reflective abilities.

Perforated Stickers

These are the kind of stickers, that when stuck on glass, have a printed display on one side (the outside), and the other side (the inside) has a kind of pattern that does not obstruct visibility. So if this is stuck on a glass door, customers will be able to see the message of your sticker from the outside as they walk in, but when they enter the store and look out through the same glass door, they will be able to see what’s there outside (the sticker will appear translucent). Other than the material, everything else is the same. Only the message on the sticker will be visible with no visible background. Also, you can use these on all kinds of surfaces.
